Order processing

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours of payment being confirmed. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day.

When a new collection launches, preparation may take a little longer. If that happens, we will say so on the website.

Destinations and delivery times

Mainland Spain Delivery in 2 to 4 business days from dispatch. Carriers: Correos and InPost

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla We do not currently ship to these destinations

European Union Delivery in 4 to 8 business days from dispatch, to an InPost / Mondial Relay pick-up point or to your home.

The exact cost of your shipping is always calculated and shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

When your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number so you can check its status on the carrier's website. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Issues

Delays. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. An occasional delay does not entitle you to automatic cancellation of the order, although you can always exercise your right of withdrawal.

Lost parcel. If your order does not arrive within the expected time, email us at info@parkingwarriors.com and we will open a claim with the carrier. We take care of the claim and find you a solution.

Wrong address. Check your address carefully before confirming. If a parcel is returned because the address was entered incorrectly or because it was not collected from the pick-up point in time, re-sending it has an extra cost paid by the customer.

Damaged parcel. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take a photo before opening it and email us within 24 hours.
